Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Daran Nair, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company on 26 January 2017 at 4.00pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 24 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
