NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 15 — 16 FEBRUARY 2017
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Stacy Richard Howard is required to be paid to the Secretary for Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Stacy Richard Howard.
And that on 8 February 2017, $7000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Stacy Richard Howard.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Stacy Richard Howard to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Stacy Richard Howard, in respect of an offence for which Stacy Richard Howard was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Stacy Richard Howard.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Community Work Centre (London Street (Hamilton)) Notice 2017
I, Louise Upston, Minister of Corrections, declare, under section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the land described in the Schedule and the buildings on that land to be a community work centre to be known as the London Street (Hamilton) Community Work Centre, and revoke the Periodic Detention Centre (Tristram Street (Hamilton)) Notice 1999 (SR 1999/107).
This notice takes effect from 16 February 2017.
Schedule
The following parcel of land in the South Auckland Land Registration District:
All that parcel of land in the South Auckland Land Registration District containing 5044m², more or less, being Lot 1 DP 496995 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 733067.

I, Louise Upston, Minister of Corrections, declare, under section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the land described in the Schedule and the buildings on that land to be a community work centre to be known as the Glover Road (Hawera) Community Work Centre, and revoke the Community Work Centre (Princes Street (Hawera)) Notice 1998 (SR 1998/375).
This notice takes effect from 16 February 2017.

The following parcels of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District:
a. All that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District containing 1178m², more or less, being Lot 1 DP 320804 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register 82640; and
b. Part of that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land Registration District containing 1329m², more or less, being Lot 8 DP 3806 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register TNK95/26.
