Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Our Lady of Snows School (Methven) (3462) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Our Lady of Snows School (Methven) (3462) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 May 2015, Issue No. 47, Notice No. 2015-go2633).

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Kaikohe West School (1023) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Kaikohe West School (1023) Board of Trustees.

The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:
