Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of NEXT ENERGY LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 21 January 2017 at 9.45am, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors have previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.

On 2 February 2017, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 7 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
