Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NYCO CHOCOLATES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 2 February 2017 at 8.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that, by way of special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 2 February 2017 at 11.00am.

I fix Friday 24 February 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made.
