Road Realignment—Domain Road, Putaruru, South Waikato District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
a. the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991; and
b. the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and to remain vested in the South Waikato District Council.

Land Acquired for Road—4 Glenview Road, Glen Eden, Auckland
Pursuant to sections 20, 50 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared road and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to section 129 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, which provides for the Auckland Council to become the RFR landowner of the land subject to the obligations of an RFR landowner under Part 4 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
