Land Set Apart for Public Work—Domain Road, Putaruru, South Waikato District
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
a. the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart as local purpose (refuse disposal) reserve;
b. the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart as local purpose (cemetery) reserve; and
c. the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart as local purpose (water treatment) reserve
subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and vested in the South Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
