Amending a Notice—Reflectorised Material Approved for Use on Traffic Signs
Pursuant to subclause 4.4(7) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Manager, amend the notice titled Reflectorised Material Approved for Use on Traffic Signs, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 September 2015, Issue No. 104, Notice No. 2015-au5673, by deleting
“31/01/2017”
each time it appears in the column headed Interim approval expiry date in Schedule 2 – Interim approval, and substituting
“31/01/2018”
on each occasion.

Explanation: The interim approval for the reflective materials listed in Schedule 2 has been extended for a year and will now expire on 31 January 2018.

Notification of Amendment to the Transpower Individual Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 35
The Commission gives notice under section 52Q(5)(b) of the Commerce Act 1986 that it has amended the Transpower Individual Price-Quality Path Determination 2015 [2014] NZCC 35 (“RCP2 IPP Determination”).
The amendment takes effect on 3 November 2016.
The Amendments
The RCP2 IPP Determination was amended as follows:
In Schedule A (Forecast MAR Summary) of the RCP2 IPP Determination in line 3 “31 March 2018 (Year 3)” under “Incremental update to forecast MAR determined not later than the second Wednesday in November 2016” [Column 5] replace “$XX.X million” with “$38.4 million”.
In Schedule A (Forecast MAR Summary) of the RCP2 IPP Determination in line 3 “31 March 2018 (Year 3)” under “Total forecast MAR applicable to the pricing year (sum of amounts in columns 3 to 7)” [Column 8] replace “$952.2 million” with “$990.7 million”.
In Schedule A (Forecast MAR Summary) of the RCP2 IPP Determination in line 4 “31 March 2019 (Year 4)” under “Incremental update to forecast MAR determined not later than the second Wednesday in November 2016” [Column 5] replace “$XX.X million” with “$0.00 million”.
In Schedule A (Forecast MAR Summary) of the RCP2 IPP Determination in line 5 “31 March 2020 (Year 5)” under “Incremental update to forecast MAR determined not later than the second Wednesday in November 2016” [Column 5] replace “$X.XX million” with “$0.00 million”.
