These amendment Rules, which make minor changes, come into force on 1 December 2016.
They are available for inspection free of charge at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, 50 Victoria Street, Wellington, and at the NZ Transport Agency’s regional offices.

Bound copies of Rules are available for purchase from selected bookshops that sell legislation and they can also be purchased from Wickliffe Solutions, PO Box 932, Dunedin 9054, or telephone (06) 353 2700.

Notification of Commerce Commission’s Draft Telecommunications Development Levy Liability Allocation Determination for the Period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016

On 31 October 2016, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

Notification of Commerce Commission’s Draft TSO Cost Calculation Determination for TSO Instrument for Telecommunications Relay Services for the Period between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2016

On 31 October 2016, pursuant to section 94F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft TSO cost calculation determination for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired and speech impaired, for the period between 1 July 2015 and 30 June 2016.
