Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice and has been included to explain its general effect.
This amendment sets a fee for the new journeyman class of registration and sets the annual licensing fee for journeymen plumbers, journeymen gasfitters, and journeymen drainlayers. The notice also records that the name of the registration class formerly known as “licensed” has now been changed to “tradesman”, and revokes the fee for an application for a copy of an archived paper gas certificate as the Board no longer holds paper copies of gas certificates.
This notice is administered by the Plumbers, Gasfitter, and Drainlayers Board.

Pursuant to sections 11 and 12 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (“Act”), the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Notice of Scopes of Practice and Related Qualifications Prescribed by the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board.
(2) This notice comes into force on 27 October 2016.
- Revocation—This notice revokes and replaces all previous scopes of practice and qualifications prescribed by the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board.
