Vesting of a Freehold Interest in Reclaimed Land—Opua, Bay of Islands
Pursuant to section 39 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, I, Simon Benedict Rice, Land Information New Zealand, declare that, an agreement having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall vest in Far North Holdings Limited, subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and to the restriction on disposition of the freehold interest in the land imposed by section 44 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
