Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the Schedule in the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 April 2016, Issue No. 34, Notice No. 2016-ln2117, is hereby replaced with the following Schedule below.

Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road—Peka Peka to Ōtaki Expressway, Peka Peka, Kapiti Coast District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and both shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
