Road Realignment—Old Taupo Road, South Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925;

b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA691/234 subject to Mortgage 5169532.2; and

c. Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA691/234 subject to Mortgage 5169532.2, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
