Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Esplanade) Reserve—6 Phyllis Street, Mount Albert, Auckland
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 affecting the land in Composite Computer Register NA125C/58 only, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—O’Sullivan Drive, Tokoroa, South Waikato District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation the South Waikato District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by Council on 5 May 2016.
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the South Waikato District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, the notice with the above heading, dated 25 August 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 September 2016, Issue No. 71, Notice No. 2016-ln5028, is amended by deleting the Schedule in that notice and substituting the following Schedule.
