Under section 69P(4) of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice of applications by PrimoWireless Limited and Naki Host Limited to be added to the Register of Chorus’ non-retail users.

Determination of New Organisms

Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that

Acetobacter aceti (Pasteur 1864) Beijerinck 1898
Kluyveromyces lactis (Dombrowski) van der Walt 1971

are not new organisms for the purposes of the Act.
