Notification of Proposal to Make Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34(1)a of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules.
Part 108, Re-Issue - Air Operator Security Programme
The aim of the proposed Cargo Security Rule amendments is to align the domestic cargo and mail security requirements in Part 108 with the international requirements (as set out in Part 109) as far as practicable following a review of the transportation of cargo.
Consequential Amendments are proposed to:
- Part 1 Definitions and Abbreviations
- Part 12 Accidents, Incidents and Statistics
- Part 109 Regulated Air Cargo Agent – Certification

Financial Advisers (Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers) Notice 2016
Pursuant to section 94 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, and following the preparation of a draft revised Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers by the Code Committee under section 87 of that Act and by the approval of that draft by the Financial Markets Authority under section 88 and the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs under section 92 of that Act, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Financial Advisers (Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers) Notice 2016.

Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 December 2016.

Revocation—The Financial Advisers (Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers) Notice 2014* is revoked.

Date on which the revised Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers comes into force—All of the provisions of the revised Code of Professional Conduct for Authorised Financial Advisers come into force on 1 December 2016.
