Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for use in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 92(1) of the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, the Minister supporting Greater Christchurch Regeneration, The Honourable Gerard Anthony Brownlee, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for justice purposes in terms of the Public Works Act 1981 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
