Notice Redefining the Beneficiaries of a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the beneficiaries, for which the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 August 1984, No. 132, page 2928, are hereby redefined as for the common use and benefit of Baden Aitchison Batt, his children Naomi Tapairu Batt and Tapuae Alton Batt along with Te Iwi o Tangiianui and Te Iwi o Te Urihe.
