Notice of Revocation of Approval of an OSCAR Service
The Director Approvals, Ministry of Social Development, gives notice that the approval of
Lotus Enterprise School Limited
as an Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) provider under Regulations 26 and 27 of the Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004 is revoked effective as of 29 August 2016.

Under section 140 of the Intellectual Disability (Compulsory Care and Rehabilitation) Act 2003, I appoint the following person as a compulsory care coordinator for the named geographical and operational areas listed below.
