Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 13 September 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.

We, Andrew James Grace, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on 8 August 2016 at 8.30am.
The liquidations commenced on our appointment.
