Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
On 9 August 2016 at 10.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.

Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAHA FERTILIZER INDUSTRIES LIMITED on 10 August 2016 at 8.00am by way of special resolution of the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix 11 October 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
