Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Cycleway and Segregation Strip)—State Highway 2, Tauranga Eastern Link, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1):

the stopped road in the First Schedule shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (cycleway); and
the stopped road in the Second Schedule shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip)

and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
