Declaration That Land is a Reserve
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated 25 June 2010, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is declared a reserve, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
