NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 7 — 28 JANUARY 2016
i. prescribe, administer or supply controlled drugs for the treatment of dependence;
ii. authorise in writing general practitioners receiving clients from Bay of Plenty District Health Board Addiction Service as specified under subsection (2)(d); and
c. authorise in writing general practitioners receiving clients from Bay of Plenty District Health Board Addiction Service as specified under subsection (2)(d).
Conditions

Controlled drugs may only be prescribed, administered or supplied to people who are or have been clients of Bay of Plenty District Health Board Addiction Service.

This approval expires on 31 December 2017.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King) is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King).
And that on 19 January 2016, $2,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King).
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King) to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King), in respect of an offence for which Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King) was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Marunui Ratima (also known as Marunui King).
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.
Claim forms, and information on how to make a claim, may be obtained from:
