    • 35 from Maritime Rule 19.62(1) - Maritime Transport Operator – Certification and Responsibilities – Operating Requirements – Maritime transport operator responsible for safe ships – No person may operate or permit the operation of a ship in the maritime transport operation unless the ship has a valid Certificate of Survey issued under Rule 44.41

Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.
