Road Realignment—State Highway 2, Te Mahanga, Hastings District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land in the First Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBH1/572, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Gazette Notice 430196.1, Notice 5795838.4, Mortgage 9101947.2 and Mortgage 10009387.2, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation and Replacement of a Notice—Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Queenstown Lakes District Council revokes the notices titled Classification of Recreation Reserve, dated 21 September 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 September 2015, Issue No. 104, Notice No. 2015-ln5649, and Amending a Notice – Classification of Recreation Reserve, dated 25 November 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 December 2015, Issue No. 132, Notice No. 2015-ln6981, and issues the following notice in their place.
Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Queenstown Lakes District Council, pursuant to a resolution passed at its meeting of 30 July 2015, classifies the land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve.
