Pursuant to section 153 of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006, the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board gives notice that it has given its annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2016 to the Minister for Building and Construction.
The annual report can be downloaded from the Board’s website
The report is also available on request by email to reception@pgdb.co.nz, or by post to PO Box 10655, The Terrace, Wellington 6143, or telephone (04) 494 2970.

Land Notices
Stopped Road Added and Easement in Gross Acquired—Vaughan Street Extension, Holdens Bay, Rotorua District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
-
Pursuant to section 117(3)(b), declares the portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be added to the land in Computer Interest Register SA11A/170; and
-
Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement in gross described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of Paraone Pirika and Boydie Arama Karaka Pirika as to a 2.542310 share as executors and Trevor Henderson as to a 3.257690 share ("Grantor"), on the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule to this notice and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council ("Grantee") on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Easement shall contain the rights and powers implied in such easements by the Fourth Schedule to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
