NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 64 — 21 JULY 2016

A limited statutory manager must also advise the board on the following matters:

  • Board communications (whether statutory or otherwise); and
  • board policies and procedures.

The board will retain its primary duty of care as a person conducting a business or undertaking, under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, above and beyond all functions, powers and duties of this limited statutory manager.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

Food Standards (Application A1109 – Glutaminase from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as a Processing Aid (Enzyme)) Variation

The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The variation commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.
