Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, certified practising accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BECK MEATS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 15 July 2016 at 10.07am, by a resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidators intend to dispense with the meeting of creditors.
