On 4 July 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PORT DAIRY STORES TIMARU LIMITED be liquidated and that Steven Basil Drummond, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 July 2016 at 9.00am.
