Notice is hereby given that, on 12 July 2016 at 10.00am, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Steven Tomlinson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 22 August 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
