Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Craig William Melhuish and Christine Jane Johnston, chartered accountants of Nexia New Zealand, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Dunedin on 30 June 2016 at 10.34am.
The liquidators fix 31 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
