Amending a Notice—Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, amends an error in the notice titled Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, dated 4 January 2015 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 February 2015, Issue No. 15, Notice No. 2015-ln799, by replacing:
“SA36C/358”
with
“SA36C/353”.

Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 1, Te Rapa Bypass, Te Rapa Road, Hamilton City
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Intention to Take Land and a Lease for Motorway Purposes for the Ara Tūhono–Pūhoi to Wellsford Road of National Significance Project—Puhoi to Warkworth Section, Auckland
Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Land Information proposes to take, under the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the First Schedule of this notice (“land”) and a leasehold estate (“lease”) over the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice (“lease land”), such lease to contain the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule of this notice.
The land and the lease land have been designated and is required for construction, operation and maintenance of the Ara Tūhono–Pūhoi to Wellsford Road of National Significance: Puhoi to Warkworth Section (“project”). More particularly, the land and the lease are required for motorway purposes.
