Land Set Apart for a Public School—Waiterimu, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for a public school and be vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road—State Highway 21, Airport Road and Devine Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into:

a. the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown; and

b. the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
