NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 61 — 7 JULY 2016
to this notice to be stopped and:
i. Pursuant to section 50, the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice set apart for water treatment purposes and to remain vested in the Dunedin City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette; and
ii. Pursuant to section 120(3) the portions of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT46/99 subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and Vesting Certificate 10049072.1;
c. Pursuant to section 52, declares the portions of land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be set apart for water treatment purposes and shall vest in the Dunedin City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette; and
d. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water treatment purposes and shall vest in the Dunedin City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
