Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve and Classifying that Reserve
Under section 8 of the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Director Operations, Western South Island Region, Department of Conservation, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further shall be classified under section 18 of the latter Act as a historic reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.
