NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 61 — 7 JULY 2016
Land Declared Road, Road Stopped and Set Apart for Conservation Purposes—
Goat Creek, Near Otira, Westland District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown;
b. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of roads described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and
c. Pursuant to section 52(1)(d), declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987, and shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
