NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 61 — 7 JULY 2016
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 295513 subject to Mortgage 7632311.1; and
b. Declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 305579
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped and Declared Conservation Land—State Highway 73, Selwyn District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and
b. Pursuant to section 52(1)(d), declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987, and shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
