Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David John Bridgman, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PRIMELINE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 3 June 2016.
A meeting of creditors will be held at Level 22, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, on Monday 4 July 2016 commencing at 11.00am.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is to:
a. update creditors on the progress of the liquidation and discuss any future actions to be taken by the liquidators;
b. confirm the appointment of the liquidators or resolve whether to make an application to the Court for appointment of a liquidator or liquidators in their place;
c. receive the views of creditors; and
d. consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
Proxies and postal votes, which must be received no later than Thursday 30 June 2016 at 11.00am, should be sent to PRIMELINE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation), c/o PwC, Private Bag 92162, Auckland 1142. Attention: Steve Farquhar.
