Land Transfer Act Notice

The owners of land adjoining the bank of Mangaone Stream in the Taranaki District have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Mangaone Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their names.

Land Registration District: Taranaki.
Application: 10429207.1.
Applicant: Ravensdown Limited.
Land Applied for: 1337 square metres, more or less, shown on LT 491841, being part of the former bed of Mangaone Stream adjoining Lot 2 DP 339878, Section 18 Block VI Paritutu Survey District and Part Subdivision 5 Section 162 Hua District (defined on DP 3653) comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 671538, TN143/136 and TN91/113 in the Taranaki District.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 1 August 2016.
