Revocation of Appointment of a Member of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board and Appointment of a New Member
Pursuant to section 30(6) of the Reserves Act 1977, I, Maggie Barry, Minister of Conservation, revoke the appointment of
Jan Hania (formerly Director Conservation Partnerships, Department of Conservation)
to the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 March 2015, Issue No. 20, Notice No. 2015-go1192); and, pursuant to section 30(1) of the Act, appoint
Roy Grose (Director Operations, Department of Conservation)
to be a member of the Kaiteriteri Recreation Reserve Board for a term ending 5 March 2020.
This shall take effect from the date of publication of this notice.
