Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby revokes the approval and notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of The Radio Network Northern Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 1996, dated 2 December 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1996, No. 180, page 4726, as amended by the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of The Radio Network Northern Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 1996, dated 6 November 2006 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 November 2006, No. 159, page 4655.
This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Minister of Health hereby reappoints

as a layperson member of the Medical Radiation Technologists Board for a three-year term of office commencing on 1 July 2016;
