Reappointments / appointments to the Podiatrists Board
Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Minister of Health has reappointed to the Podiatrists Board

as a health practitioner member for a three-year term of office commencing on 20 June 2016; and
Dr Barry Smith
as a layperson member for a three-year term of office commencing on 20 June 2016; and appointed
Erin Beeler
as a health practitioner member for a three-year term of office commencing on 20 June 2016; and
Sarah Graydon
as a layperson member for a three-year term of office commencing on 20 June 2016.

Amending a Notice—Resource Management (Approval of The Radio Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2001
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of The Radio Network Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2001, which relates to approval as a requiring authority for a network utility operation described in clause 3 thereof, dated 31 January 2001 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 February 2001, No. 17, page 341, by replacing all instances of:
"The Radio Network Limited"
with
"NZME. Radio Limited".
This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
