Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, notice is given that, having received an application from Flyfirefly Sdn. Bhd. of Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, has granted the airline an Open Aviation Market Licence, authorising it to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights without route or capacity constraints.
The licence has been issued for an indefinite term with effect from 23 May 2016.

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the poll, and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of representatives for:

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the poll, and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of representatives for the Orautoha School (2413) board of trustees.
The elections must be held by 1 July 2016.
