Election of Producer Representative for Region 3

Under the provisions of clause 23 of the Pork Industry Board Regulations 1999, notice is hereby given of the forthcoming election (by postal ballot) for one producer representative in Region 3 on the New Zealand Pork Industry Board.

The election day is 15 June 2016.

Ian Carter is standing for re-election.

Any nominations, please contact Sarah-jane Doody, Office Manager.

Nominations will close on 10 May 2016 at 12.00pm.

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Rob Giller, Group Manager, Infrastructure Advisory Services, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

This notice shall come into force on 21 April 2016.
