Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Pukemiro Primary School (1905) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Pukemiro Primary School (1905) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 December 2013, No. 172, page 4702).
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Pursuant to section 10 of the District Courts Act 1947, and section 5(1) of the Family Courts Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Alan Paul Goodwin, barrister of Auckland
to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Courts for a period commencing on 21 June 2016 and expiring on 29 December 2018.

Pursuant to sections 10 and 5B of the District Courts Act 1947, and section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Lance Clifford Rowe, barrister and solicitor of Whanganui
to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to conduct jury trials for a period commencing on 9 June 2016 and expiring on 28 March 2019.
