Corrigendum—Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 2) 2007 (No. F397)

The Director Fisheries Management, Ministry for Primary Industries (acting pursuant to a delegated authority in accordance with section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988), corrects the notice with the above heading, dated 12 March 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2007, No. 30, page 791, as follows:

Notice

  1. Title—This notice is the Corrigendum—Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 2) 2007 (No. F397).

  2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  3. Corrigendum—In the notice dated 12 March 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 March 2007, No. 30, page 791, please replace the following text from clause 3(a)

“Morehu Cooper (Powhiri Marae), Sophie Dodd (Powhiri Marae)”

with

“Morehu Cooper (Hinewhata Hapu/Marae Apa apa ā Rangi Marae), Sophie Dodd (Te Paea Sophie Dodd) (Hinewhata Hapu/Marae Apa apa ā Rangi Marae)”.

Pursuant to section 28(3)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Science and Innovation is pleased to reappoint

Charlotte Walshe

as members of the Callaghan Innovation Stakeholder Advisory Group for terms commencing on 31 December 2015 and expiring on 1 January 2018; and to appoint

Stefan Korn
Andrew Hamilton

as members of the Callaghan Innovation Stakeholder Advisory Group for terms commencing on 1 March 2016 and expiring on 28 February 2019.
