amended rules, under section 45A of the Corrections Act 2004, declaring the items of property that prisoners may be issued with or allowed to keep and imposing conditions that attach to those items.
The rules will be published on the Department of Corrections website
The rules will be available for inspection at:
- National Office reception of the Department of Corrections National Office at 44–52 The Terrace, Wellington;
- and
- the visitors’ reception area of every prison site.
Copies of the rules may be obtained, free of charge, from the website, National Office reception and the visitors’ reception area of every prison site.

Notice of Intention to Incorporate Material by Reference—Import Health Standards for Animals and Animal Products (Notice No. MPI 608)
I, Matthew Stone, Director Animals and Animal Products, Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MPI, give notice under section 142N(4) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 ("Act") that, under section 142M of the Act, some or all of the following material, in whole or in part, is proposed for incorporation by reference in one or more Import Health Standards for Animals and Animal Products developed under sections 22–24D of the Act:
a. The Codex Alimentarius Code of Hygienic Practice for Meat (CAC/RCP 58-2005) (available at the Codex Alimentarius website: www.codexalimentarius.org/standards/en/)
b. The OIE List of FMD free Member Countries (available at the OIE website: www.oie.int/en/animal-health-in-the-world/official-disease-status/fmd/list-of-fmd-free-members/)
c. The OIE List of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Risk Status of Member Countries (available at the OIE website: www.oie.int/en/animal-health-in-the-world/official-disease-status/bse/list-of-bse-risk-status/)

Consultation on this proposal to incorporate material by reference is in addition to the usual process of consultation on draft import health standards under sections 22–24D of the Act.
