Notice of Dissolution of the Natone Park School (2923) Board of Trustees and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner and Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Natone Park School (2923) Board of Trustees
Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the Natone Park School Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Secretary for Education (or delegate) to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Natone Park School Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 2015, Issue No. 141, Notice No. 2015-go7453) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
