Breach of bylaws is an offence
Under Regulation 44 of the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998, a person commits an offence against those Regulations if a person breaches these bylaws.

Amendment of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Ngapuke School (1847) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M(6) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I amend the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Ngapuke School (1847) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 2013, No. 11, page 383).
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board to manage financial operations (whether statutory or otherwise); and
- all functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise).
A limited statutory manager may also advise the board on board systems and processes.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

Pursuant to section 73(6) of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011 (“Act”), the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Review Panel’s Recommendations on the Canterbury Earthquake (Christchurch Replacement District Plan) Amendment Order 2015, Canterbury Earthquake (Christchurch Replacement District Plan) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2015 and Canterbury Earthquake (Christchurch Replacement District Plan) Amendment Order (No. 3) 2015.

Review Panel Recommendation—The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Review Panel made the following recommendations under section 73(3) of the Act to the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery and the Minister for the Environment:
The Review Panel recommends to the Minister for the Environment that the Canterbury Earthquake (Christchurch Replacement District Plan) Amendment Order 2015 be made without change.
The Review Panel recommends to the Minister for the Environment that the Canterbury Earthquake (Christchurch Replacement District Plan) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2015 be made without change.
The Review Panel recommends to the Minister for the Environment that the Canterbury Earthquake (Christchurch Replacement District Plan) Amendment Order (No. 3) 2015 be made without change.
